RECIPES: ACAI BERRY SMOOTHIE : Ingredients - 4 tablespoons of acai powder, 2 frozen bananas (you could get away with only one), 1/2 cup frozen strawberries,1/2 cup frozen raspberries,1 tablespoon of hemp seeds,1 cup of liquid (I typically use water or almond milk). Method: Blend together all of the ingredients in a blender.Enjoy Acai Berry Fruit Salad - Ingredients- - 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries, 1/2 a banana, 2 tbsp. of organic acai berry powder, 1 tbsp. of organic chia seeds, 1 tbsp. of raw honey, 1/4 cup of almond milk. Method - Put all the above ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour this into a bowl. Optionally now sprinkle over some coconut and bee pollen over the acai blend. Cut up strawberries, bananas and kiwis (or the favourite fruits of your choice) to add to the bowl to complete the recipe.
